Arrests following offences in Southbank and South Melbourne

The warrants were in relation to a number of alleged armed robberies, robberies and assaults in March and April.
The first incident occurred on 20 March when a man was allegedly hit with a metal pole, kicked and robbed on Clarendon Street in South Melbourne.
The second incident occurred on 3 April when a man was allegedly surrounded by males, assaulted and robbed on Whiteman Street in Southbank.
The third incident occurred on 5 April when a man was allegedly confronted by a group of males before being assaulted, stabbed in the leg and robbed.
All four males have been arrested and are expected to be charged with armed robbery, attempted armed robbery and assault.
A 16-year-old from Elsternwick, 15-year-old from Albert Park, 14-year-old from Port Melbourne and 15-year-old from St Kilda are currently being interviewed.
