Warrant issued for Phu Tran

A warrant has been issued for the 29-year-old’s arrest in relation to contravening community work orders.
Tran is described as Asian in appearance with short black hair and a distinctive neck tattoo.
He is known to frequent the Melbourne CBD and police believe he may be working part-time in restaurants.
Investigators have released an image of Tran in the hope someone may have information on his current whereabouts.
