Investigators have been told the man entered the Settlement Road store about 4.50pm on 4 July.

He was spoken to by staff as he was leaving the store before pulling down his pants and exposing himself a number of times.

The same man is believed to have been involved in a theft at the same store on 10 May about 4.40pm.

On this occasion, the man placed a projector under his jacket and left the store without paying.

The man has been described as aged in his 20s, about 170cm tall and unshaven with an olive complexion.

He was wearing black track pants, a black puffer jacket and black hat in the latest incident, and a black jumper, black pants and white hat on the previous occasion.

Police have released an image of a man in the hope someone may recognise him and be able to provide information on his identity.

Anyone with information is urged to contact Crime Stoppers on 1800 333 000 or submit a confidential crime report online at www.crimestoppersvic.com.au.
