Police praise vigilant community following Little River fire

Investigators have been told the fire broke out on Edgars Road, believed to have been caused by machinery, which has since been seized and will be forensically examined.
Wyndham Crime Investigation Unit detectives have since interviewed a 58-year-old Little River man following the incident.
He was released pending further enquiries and police are confident there will be no further incidents involving his machinery and there are no other persons involved.
Police would like to thank members of the community who reported the incident which resulted in the fire being contained.
No one was injured as a result of the fire and the investigation remains ongoing.
