Police executed the warrant about 9.55am at a residential property set up to be a hydroponic grow house.
One hundred and sixteen cannabis plants were seized during the warrant.
Fawkner Divisional Response Unit’s Acting Detective Sergeant Lee Cervai said, “By executing warrants and seizing cannabis crops we aim to hurt illegal growers in the hip pocket and prosecute those found cultivating narcotic plants.”
The house was unoccupied at the time and the investigation is ongoing.
