The first exhibition, ‘PoetTree’ follows the popularity and success of a recent poetry competition that was run by Friends of Kororoit Creek.

The recent poetry competition drew notable community support and even saw an unexpected entry from Australian cartoonist, writer, painter, philosopher and poet Michael Leunig (high res image can be supplied).

The show will include poetry entries and a tactile poetry wall. Featured Artist, Jessica Gerger will present an indoor mini-creek experience with a fallen branch and a soundtrack.

The second exhibition entitled ‘Kororoit Creek Landscapes’ features the work of local artist Santo Casella. The exhibition honors the important role Kororoit Creek plays in Sunshine West.

Another artist, Christine Dennis will feature a third exhibition ‘Journey of the Spirit through Laos, Cambodia and Vietnam, 2015’ which focuses on spirituality in diverse cultures and places.
