Police investigate Springvale tools theft

Police are investigating following a series of thefts at a hardware store in Springvale since January.

On each occasion an unknown man enters the Springvale Road store and steals various power tools.
He conceals the items under his clothing before leaving on his bicycle.
The thefts occurred on 22 January, 26 January, 31 January, 24 February and 1 March.
The man is described as Caucasian, aged in his late 30s or early 40s, approximately 180cm tall, medium build, dark hair and may have a tattoo on his left forearm.
Investigators have released images of a man they believe may be able to assist with their enquiries.
