Investigators have been told two unknown males located car keys in the victim’s jacket pocket while she was working at a private event on Jacka Boulevard on 6 October.

The offenders took the keys and the jacket, located the vehicle, a silver Mazda 3, in the carpark and drove it away.

They drove it to North Road Brighton Beach carpark, parked at the top of the boat ramp and then pushed the car into the water.

Investigators have released images of two males they believe may be able to assist with their enquiries.
