Hit-run collision in CBD

It is believed an allegedly stolen vehicle was travelling along Flinders Street when police attempted to intercept it about 5pm.
The Toyota Camry took off and has struck three vehicles travelling on A’Beckett Street and a male pedestrian.
The male driver and a male passenger abandoned the vehicle on A’Beckett Street and fled the scene on foot.
The driver is perceived to be Caucasian, approximately 183cm tall with his hair tied back and was wearing a high vis top.
The passenger is perceived to be Caucasian with a solid build short brown hair, aged in his 20s-30s and was wearing a grey top.
The male pedestrian was taken to hospital with serious but non-life threatening injuries.
Police are urging people to avoid the area due to road closures as they investigate the incident.
The incident is not being treated as terror related.
