Bomb response unit attends suspicious device in Frankston

A man has approached the front of the court and left the item at the front door just after 6.55am.
The man then fled the area on foot.
Investigators have released an image and CCTV of man they believe can assist with their enquiries.
Investigators believe a male, dressed in black clothing, standing near the shopping centre on Fletcher Road would have seen the man they are seeking to identify as he fled and are urging him to contact Crime stoppers.
