Investigators believe that a man entered a shopping centre on 22 November and used the card at a number of stores to purchase various items.

The man is perceived to be African in appearance with short hair, aged between 20-40 years old and is about 183cm tall.

He was wearing a red singlet and grey tracksuit pants. The man also had an earring in his left ear and a distinctive tattoo on his upper right arm.

Investigators have released images of the man and tattoo who they believe may be able to assist with their enquiries.
