Chair of Brimbank Administrators, Mr John Watson said the day was an important milestone in the history of Brimbank and he invited community members to come along and experience all the Brimbank Community and Civic Centre has to offer.
“This building is an important community asset and we want to make sure everyone has the opportunity to explore and become familiar with the space, especially the new state of the art library and community meeting spaces
“Activities on the day include live music, an official opening ceremony, children’s activities, building tours, top floor ‘new horizons’ experience, barbecue and refreshments.
“Council was thrilled to finally open the doors on 25 July and can’t wait to have the wider community come along for this very special community celebration.
