Witness appeal following armed robbery in North Fitzroy

The incident occurred when the 17-year-old male victim met two men in Boston Place on 7 October at 3.30pm.

The victim told police that one of the men grabbed him in a headlock while the second man took his iPhone.

One of the men produced a large knife, demanding that the victim hand over his back pack.

The victim sustained a minor laceration to his leg before handing his back pack over to the men.

Both men then fled west along Boston Place.

Investigators have released images and CCTV of two men who they believe can assist with their enquiries.
