Too much moonshine in Sunshine

A Sunshine man will be off the road after he was detected driving over five times above the legal limit yesterday evening (17 May).

Sunshine police attended a crash at the corner of Bradley and Phoenix Streets, Sunshine North where a vehicle had struck parked cars just before 7pm.
The 29-year-old driver was conveyed to Sunshine police station where he returned an evidentiary breath test of 0.259%.
His licence was immediately suspended and is expected to be charged on summons with drink driving related offences.
Luckily, no one was injured in the crash.
