Police investigate Kew burglary and thefts

Investigators believe a man and a woman accessed a multi-level car park in Walpole Street about 5.20am on Monday 17 October.

Once inside the pair checked a number of vehicles before stealing power tools from a ute and leaving.

Police believe the pair has then broken into a number of other vehicles in Walpole and Earl Street before breaking into an apartment on Walpole street.

Once inside the offenders stole computer goods and the keys to a 2005 Volkswagen Golf, registration XWL440.

The offenders left the premises and stole the Volkswagen which was later seen leaving a burglary in Redmond Court, Bundoora about 11:30am.

Police have released images and CCTV of two people they believe may be able to assist with their enquiries.
