Three search warrants were executed last night (6 March) at addresses on Burberry Place, Cranbourne; Foster Street, Dandenong; and Dusseldorp Avenue, Pakenham.

As a result, police arrested a 17-year-old Cranbourne teenager and 19-year-old Dandenong man.

A number of allegedly stolen mobile phones were seized, along with a vehicle.

The investigation relates to a number of alleged robberies that investigators believe were arranged via social media over the past few weeks.

The 17-year-old boy has been charged with a number of offences, including multiple counts of robbery and theft.

He is due to appear at a children’s court.

The Dandenong man is expected to be charged on summons with robbery and theft-related offences.

Police anticipate further arrests will be made in relation to the alleged incidents.
