Buổi lễ Đề cử Grammy vừa diễn tưng bừng tại Bridgestone Arena ở Nashville tối 5/12 với các màn công bố hồi hộp và những tiết mục trình diễn sôi động. Taylor Swift đảm nhiệm vai trò là người dẫn chương trình cùng rapper da màu LL Cool J. Nữ ca sĩ xuất hiện xinh tươi trong chiếc váy ren trắng và khuấy động sân khấu với cách trò chuyện duyên dáng và hài hước. Tại buổi lễ, Taylor cũng gây bất ngờ khi trổ tài thể hiện một đoạn beatbox.
Taylor Swift vui mừng khi năm nay cô lại được nhận một đề cử máy quay nhạc danh giá. Cô được xướng tên trong danh sách Bản thu của năm với ca khúc We Are Never Ever Getting Back Together. Trong khi đó, album Red của cô phát hành hơi muộn nên đã không có cơ hội tranh giải.
Cách đây vài giờ, toàn bộ danh sách đề cử đã được thông báo. Kanye West tiếp tục là cái tên được nhắc đến nhiều nhất với 6 hạng mục. Một số ngôi sao khác cũng giành được 6 đề cử là Dan Auerbach (The Black Keys), fun., Jay-Z, Mumford & Sons, Frank Ocean. Điều đáng chú ý là những ca sĩ thống trị danh sách đều là nam giới. Bên cạnh đó, rất nhiều ca sĩ giành được đề cử là những nghệ sĩ mới và trẻ.
