Stolen tools located in Hampton Park and Cranbourne North

Police searched a Barnsbury Close property in Hampton Park at 9.15am where they located a large quantity of stolen tools and building materials.

The materials are valued at over $100,000.

A number of the stolen goods have already been linked to four local burglaries.

A 21-year-old man from Hampton Park has been arrested and is assisting police with enquiries.

A second warrant was carried out on Alisna Boulevard Cranbourne North.

A female resident from the property is also assisting police with enquires.
