Police try to identify deceased man

Glen Eira Bayside Crime Investigation Unit detectives are appealing for public assistance to identify a deceased man located at Sandringham Beach on 31 January.

The man was found on the beach about 7.25am.
Following a number of enquiries police are still to establish the man’s identity.
An autopsy has been conducted and the man’s death is not believed to be suspicious.
Investigators believe the man is aged in his 20s or 30s and was wearing a grey t-shirt.
Police have released a computer-generated image of the man and an image of the t-shirt.
