Police appeal for witnesses following assault in Northcote

Police are appealing for witnesses following a number of altercations at All Nations Park in Northcote on Sunday 9 December.

Investigators have been told a group of about 30 teenagers were socialising together in the park when they were approached by a group of 6-7 males about 9.30pm.
The group of 6-7 males were about 15-18 years old and perceived to be Islander in appearance.
They approached a number of the teens in the park and assaulted and robbed a 17-year-old boy.
The group left the park on foot about 11.45pm.
