Investigators have been told a man and woman accessed the residential site about 2.30am on Saturday 28 July.

They scaled the security fence and stole a range of building tools before fleeing the area.

He was wearing blue runners, dark grey cotton track suit pants, a black long-sleeved cotton hoodie and black beanie.

The woman is also perceived as Caucasian, aged in her 20s and about 165cm tall.

She was wearing white Nike runners with a black tick, tight black tracksuit pants with a white stripe, and black cotton jumper with a white hood.

Anyone with information or who recognises the pair is urged to contact Crime Stoppers on 1800 333 000 or submit a confidential report online at www.crimestoppersvic.com.au.
