Word Scramble

Win a prize!

School students of all ages are invited to participate in a competition to find letters hidden around the library and use those letters to make as many words as possible (10 words at least).  The competition will be a random draw of first, second and third. No booking required.

Deer Park Library: Tuesday 29 August, 4-5.30pm 

Counting and alphabet themed Storytime sessions

Have fun at children Storytimes which include songs, rhymes, books and other counting and alphabet activities at all branches.  All half hour sessions start at 10.30am. No booking required.

Snakes & Ladders

Create and make your own Snakes and Ladders board game from the scratch. This educational craft activity, designed for primary school age children, will run from 4-5pm during Afterschool Activity Zones.  No booking required.

Literacy & Numeracy Games for Adults

Join one of the library regular programs during the week to have a chance to participate in fun games like Consequences, Six-Word Story, Hangman, Letters & Numbers, Sudoku and others. No booking required.
