Arrests following St Kilda brawls

Port Phillip Crime Investigation Unit detectives are appealing for witnesses following a number of alleged brawls in St Kilda on Saturday.

It is believed up to five men were involved in a number of alleged brawls on Acland Street from about 6pm.

Police arrested three men, a 32-year-old man from Sunshine, 23-year-old man from Caroline Springs and 24-year-old man from Tarneit, who have all been charged with affray, recklessly cause injury, robbery and theft.

The trio have been bailed to appear at Melbourne Magistrates’ Court on 20 March 2017.
